Campers are taught swimming skills through lessons and games. The swim director has several years experience teaching private swim lessons and is Red Cross Certified, CPR certified, and WSI certified. Campers have swim class every day.
Each group will learn a special dance to be performed for the entire camp during the last week.
We offer seven traditional camp activities, varying from dance to archery to team sports, all of which take place outside.
Jimmy Club is divided into 8 age groups distinguished by colors: pink, aqua, yellow, orange, green, blue, red, and purple. Each “color” will have 2 counselors and between 10 to 18 campers. Throughout the day, campers will travel with their designated color groups to each of these activities. Counselors split up into their activities, but spend meeting, snack, lunch, and rest time with their own group.
